What are the advantages of participating in this program? The advantages include networking, peer interaction from different backgrounds and industries, time management tools, goal-setting habits, recognition, productivity and result tracking, problem solving skills, motivational tools, and recognizing success.
How will you use the knowledge you gained from the Emerging Leaders Program going forward? My commitment is to continue setting goals daily, use time management tools, track results and productivity, develop and motivate my teams, and continually celebrate successes.
How will your participation in the Emerging Leader Program affect your co-workers? I hope my participation in the Emerging Leader Program positively affects my coworkers, generating motivation and recognition in achieving our common and individual goals – ultimately creating an even better and more successful organization.
